Just started researching budget DSLRs - trying to graduate from an analog Canon EOS Rebel and Nikon Coolpix5600. Anyone has ideas on used camera dealers in Bangalore? Grey market?

Lately I have noticed that the price difference between the grey and the white market is not really big. It can be around 10-20% at the most. It would be better if you buy the official version as you get the option of a local warranty.

I am not too sure about used camera dealers in Mumbai. But I am sure the other members will pitch in.

I would agree with Jagat and suggest you to stick with white !!

If you are that much compelled to buy a used one,I strongly suggest you to stick with classifieds (Sulekha,Quickr,etc...),talk directly to the seller and finalise the deal with him (after confirming all the prerequisites) and never ever go the used dealer way !! they are worst kind and fleece you for good !! and the items sold there are not guaranteed against anything (like prior repairs and such) !!

So Please never even think of these used dealer kinds!!
